Create A Course In Trello
There are many tools you can use to create your online course. Trello is a great tool for both organizing your online course and the launch.
I have created four different Trello templates that I like to use with my clients depending on the type of course being created.
If you want to use these templates, click the button below to get them for yourself.
The links on this page are I my ‘affiliate’ links.
If you click the link and make a purchase I may receive a small commission or other compensation.
This does not effect the price you pay in any way.
Online Course Platforms I Recommend
Here you will find all my online course platform recommendations. This list is is no particular order. There is no right platform for each person. They all have different features, pricing and limitations.
None of these are Online Course Marketplaces or WordPress Extensions. They are all stand alone platforms that handle many of the aspects of online course creation and sales.
These are learning management systems that will work for selling online courses, creating a course for marketing purposes, using a course for onboarding clients and employees, continuing education of employees and clients and many other uses.

Tools I Use And Recommend
Jarvis AI (formerly known as Conversion AI) is my very own copywriter. It can be used to quickly write copy for blogs, emails and other marketing materials. It is an artificial intelligence that generates unique copy for you.
Trello is my world. It is my favorite productivity management system. I use it in all aspects of my business. I have a board in there that stores all my business information in one easy place. I use other boards to mange my content marketing and course creation for clients. This is a program I live in daily.
VidChops is a great service for help with your videos. They offer video editing services in a simple pricing structure. They have a quick turn around time and are used by many YouTubers. If you have a lot of video to edit, they can take some of that work off your plate.
Envato Market is my favorite place to buy stuff. They sell stuff for your website, stuff for your videos and stuff for your marketing. I am calling it stuff because there is way too much to list here. If you want to, jump over and check out all the stuff and see what you can find to help you save time in your workload.
Otter is a transcription tool I use all the time. I use it to create the subtitles for my videos. I use the phone app to take notes when I am on the go. Otter will save the audio and the text version of it. I then have several formats I can download it in. It can even be used in Zoom to generate CC in real time.
MailerLite is the software I use for all my email marketing and lead pages. It can also be used to sell an email course. I have tried many systems and this one works the best for me. I can segment lists, easy drag & drop system, lots of templates and more.
Book Like A Boss is the calendar software I use to schedule all my appointments and sell 1 on 1 consulting packages. This program makes it easy for me and my clients to find a time that works for both of us. This is a great tool if you are including live sessions in your online course.
I have used SiteGround for WordPress hosting on and off since 2015. SiteGround is the only website host that I trust with my websites. They have great 27/7 customer service by phone in case I have any issue. They also take security seriously.
Linguix is a grammar tool I use on a daily basis. I have the pro version and have the chrome extension always on my browser. It will check everything I type no matter where I am for grammar, spelling and punctuation. I can also open a document on their site and type directly in there.
If you have been following me for any amount of time on YouTube, you know I am a Canva fan girl. Canva is a versatile software for making graphics, worksheets, slides and even short marketing videos for your online course. The pro version has a lot of extra features that will make your course creation that much faster.
Circle is the membership platform where I host my membership group. You can use many of the LMS systems for memberships, but Circle is built with community first in mind. If you are looking to an alternative to Facebook groups, this is it.
If you want to make a great first impression, Bonjoro is a personal video app that you can use to welcome new students to your online course. It is easy to use and can integrate with your learning management system through Zapier. You will get an alert when someone joins and can send that person a personal video message.
